and thc association placed in operation gave shriet resume of the things that had happened in marketing since then He felt that the floor price which was still in force had kept the price of cream from going very low In high pro duction and from allowing the makers of butter from storing that to sell when the cream was scarce and therefore the pro ducers got an equal and regular market for their products He told of the provincial level of the Producers Board and the manner in which their funds were spent to help make butter more appreciated food We have public relations man who gets us considerable publicity all the 19 In his talk Mr Iiionks also commented on the price fixed as floorlevel for cream and won dcred if it was the best scheme He compared the fixing of prices in USA where billions of dollars are spent annually to buy up the surplus produce an markets More is spent he told his aud lence than the whole farm pro duction is worth He hoped that this did not apply to the tter situation in Ontario Fieldmana Work Dick Kegan the iieldman for the counties in this area told the meeting how they worked with the dairies and how there were spot checks all the time to see that the producer was getting proper grade and paid according responsible to the minister for the proper operation of the cream eries and the cleanliness of the product and its manufacture IN APPRECIATION
