It was my first time visiting the mothership (Salesforce headquarters in San Francisco). Here is one of my views from #ohanafloor earlier this weekend ... I might need to make it a point to visit a new Salesforce location every now and then as an excuse to tour another city.

The weather threatened to throw some shade but we managed to end up with light whisps of clouds and beautiful weather instead. It was nice of all the tourists to make sure we didn't miss LA traffic while we were away, especially on our way back to the airport!

The last time I had to braille a math book, I was constantly fighting auto-correct features (not fun). The new code was so complex that programmers couldn't figure out how to adjust our software programs accurately. Enter Perky Duck, a primitive six-key braille input program generally only used for learning. We modified the code so much that it is currently easier to turn down the tech to get the job done!To be fair, there may have been updates I haven't tested yet. However, it doesn't work on my Mac so either way I'll be completing my lessons, at least partly, with Perky Duck.
