I was quoted a price for my visit but was charged more and nothing more happened than what the visit was scheduled for.

I think my doctor is completely professional and gives me all the information that I need and I literally give everybody his name to give him more patience because I've never had a doctor that was just sit there and talk to you the way he does and explains everything and gives you every option there is. So, yeah.

Great group to take care of my medical needs. Doctor and staff seems to be a great big family.

Dr. Simoneau is a terrific doctor. He always listens to what I'm dealing with. He doesn't try to force anything on me. And he takes his time making sure that everything that I need is taken care of.

I would like for them to wash their hands. I don't know what germs they might be carrying from room to room. Other than that it was excellent.

The only negative comment I have is that one individual was upset. They were loud. Their frustration was clearly overheard by patients sitting in the hallway

Dr. Simoneau is a fantastic provider and he truly cares about all of his patients. He was very familiar with my medical history and the fact that I reached out via MyChart within the past month about wanting to possibly change or increase the dosage on a medication I'm on. It definitely feels good to have a doctor who truly cares about my health and who wants to help me be the best I can be!
