My experience with Easley family care is excellent however my husband had an appointment the same day and needed additional labs and procedures and we have had nothing but problems and roadblocks and alot of rudeness from what seemed like people that don't have a clue what they are doing

I was able to get in to get an appointment, but when I came home and tried to get my husband, who was new to the area also, I was unable to get him an appointment because they were no longer taking patients. To me, this was unsatisfactory, but I really did enjoy the doctor's office, and that is the reason why I want to get my whole family involved.

I have been coming to this practice for 20 years. I have always felt that staff always treat me well and listens to me. I have seen Dr. Patel several times and I have great confidence in her as a doctor. She listens to me and responds with her medical knowledge and concern for my health.

i can not keep next appointment becouse of insurance it have to be stright out first.

Visit was brief. Wait is longer than the visit.

When doing a echeck in. You answer a lot of question? Why is it when you get in the office the nurse starts asking the same questions again? Seems like a waste of time.

Love the mobile unit available for this service. Most mammograms offices are cold in temp, but the mobile unit was warm, thank u for that. Ladies were outstanding and very professional.

Professionally perfect!

I think there was confusion with my lab results. I think there is a difference between test results that fall outside the range of normal and not being able to calculate a test result. I was told in a message to make lifestyle changes based on a test result that could not be calculated. I don't think there should be any diagnosis from a lab test with no results, but I am just a confused patient.

Dr. Patel nurse and the front desk people are all the nicest people. Dr Patel always listens to me if I have any issues going on so does the nurse which is very uncommon these days most people are just rushing you in and out not in this office one of my favorite doctor's offices

The timing on the referral was not satisfactory. Earliest appointment obtained was in four months.
