Janie is the sweetest lady. She is a pleasant to see her.

It is nice to have a provider listen carefully to your symptoms, then check you thoroughly, and prescribe what you really need! My experience with the Easley Hospital the previous week was awful!!!

This was my first visit with Janie, as a new patient. She listened carefully as I described my medical history, made suggestions along the way about my care, was very personable and spent a lot of time with me. She was very detailed in explaining the bloodwork she ordered, and steps to take going forward- I was very impressed!!

I was treated with such care and respect. Having COVID and other health issues is scary but having a medical team that you can trust with your care is priceless.

The front office treatment was good. Nurse was very patient with my history and taking notes of my present health concerns. My pcp Janie knows me and is very patient with all my concerns.

I was relieved with the Dr I saw. After having this be my 3rd doctor in 3 yrs she came in and was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

The receptionist is very nice and so is the office manager. The manager must have addressed the issue with the doctor because the doctor called me. She left a message saying she was "sorry if I felt she was curt," taking no responsibility. I really hope she doesn't treat anyone else as horribly as she did my son.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I brought my kids and they didn't make me feel like it was a hindrance to them in any way. They made my kids and I comfortable and relaxed. They made sure to explain everything to where I could understand. Getting blood drawn she did an amazing job. I hardly felt anything and she made sure to ask me if I felt ok or needed anything. I haven't had a welcoming visit to a doctors office like this before and I feel comfortable coming from now on.

She was very rude and keep telling me I was a lieing.
